March is my favorite month...spring is on the horizon. Plus it is my birthday month. What girl wouldn't love that?
This year, I got old. The big 25...officially my mid-twenties. Lowell spoiled me and left little notes all over the house and also made me breakfast in bed. We celebrated with dinner at the Texas Roadhouse and Rita's Water Ice for dessert (since I am cutting out most dairy for Tanner's sake, he has a dairy sensitivity/allergy). That Saturday, I cheated on the dairy free thing to enjoy a delicious carrot cake with cream cheese frosting Lowell made me.

Other items of note in March...
On St. Patrick's Day, Tanner and I went to my old work to share some smiles. They loved him, but who wouldn't?

The 19th brought big changes to Tanner's ride in the car. We officially ditched the infant carrier and moved to a convertible car seat. He finally outgrew it length wise. He seems to like the changes and is much more likely to fall asleep in the car now. :)

The second half of the month ended with Tanner's 3rd ear infection...sad day. He ended up with an allergic reaction to his medicine and now we are battling thrush for the second time in his life. We are optimistic it will clear up soon though! He seems to be on the home stretch and was a trooper through Conference this weekend.
The 25th was Tanner's 10 Month Birthday! He is getting so old. He is crawling all over the place and loves to play "chase." He will crawl a few feet and then sit down until you start walking and then do it again. He is a big fan of books, Dr. Seuss would be his favorite author. Tanner pulls up on just about everything and is getting more ambitious with his cruising around furniture and in the past few days has started letting go more and more. He can stand alone for about 30 seconds. Where is my baby going?

On the 30th, I got brave and trimmed his hair. He was not so happy about that and refused to sit still. Don't look too closely because it isn't the best, however now he really looks like a little boy instead of a baby.

Finally, to close out the month of March...Tanner refused to go to sleep on the 31st. Since Lowell was out singing for a choir thing, Tanner and I had a little photo shoot in our pajamas.
