Half a Decade!

Today I have been married to my handsome husband for five years. My how time has flown! He is such an inspiration to me and always seeking to help me do and be better. He loves me for who I am and I am so grateful to have him in my life for eternity.

And, just for fun - A brief overview of the past five years
- 3 states we have called home
- 6 apartments
- 2 degrees
- 2 cars
- 1 kid & 1 on the way
- 5 wards
- 11 Church callings
- 6 jobs and 2 internships (split between the two of us)
- 4 amusement parks
- 4th of July in D.C. and Philadelphia
- 1 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in Central Park
- 3 actual Broadway shows
- 3 other Broadway shows off Broadway
- 2 U2 concerts
- 1 Today Show appearance (go Carrie Underwood - sorry we never blogged about that)
- 20 + temples visited
- 1,000s of miles flown and 1,000s more driven [Please note: In total we have driven from Pacific to Atlantic and almost all the way back, and from San Diego to Canada - most of the driving in the same car - which knock on wood is still going strong]
- 1 cruise
- 1 marathon
- 2 trips to Canada with 1 night spent in our car on the Canadian border because we got to the border crossing too late
- 2 periods of technically being homeless (luckily they were short lived while waiting for apartments to be ready)
- Other destinations of note: Palmyra; Niagara Falls; Ocean City, NJ; Boston; Ensenada, Mexico; Nauvoo, IL; Kirtland, OH; Washington, D.C.; Manhattan; Baltimore; Hershey, PA; Gettysburg, PA; Phildelphia

Happy Anniversary Lowell! I love you.
Here is to another 5 amazing years and an eternity to follow.
