October in Pictures

Tanner made an Oreo and chicken nugget sandwich - cuddos for creativity

We played in boxes and watched Tangled.  Tanner insisted on a picture "with" Tangled.

Spencer loved his walker!

We played in our splash pad with Eli and Jonas.

Spencer found the "kid" drawer.  Last night he discovered the rest of the kitchen cabinets.

9 Months!  He started really crawling instead of army crawling all the time, pulls up, and LOVES to point.  He is fascinated by people and likes playing peek-a-boo - especially when my hair is covering my face, he pops around and tries to see me.

Pumpkin Bum

We enjoyed In-N-Out ("The Fry Store") inbetween Saturday sessions of Conference

Spencer even gets in on the action

Lowell, Spencer, and I enjoyed the Homecoming Kickoff Devotional

Chillin' at the pumpkin patch

Tanner LOVED crawling in this little hole at the bottom of the haystacks.  At one point he disappeared and I went over there to find he had led another little boy down there and they were having a little party in the hole.  Not my favorite activity for fear the haystacks would cave.

Spencer enjoyed the corn pit

Lowell says this is an idyllic childhood picture.

Tanner loved the animals.  There was a sheep and he walked right up to pet it and then bent over so he was face level with it and said "Hi Mr. Sheepy, Hi, Baaa, Baaa"  So cute!

The best shot of both boys

Tanner channeled his inner uncle Rhett and put on a fake mustache

The boys and I spent a week in Boise and enjoyed the Boise Temple Open House.  Too bad the boys were too noisy to actually stay in the temple.

Clearly we are nose pickers in this family.  Good parenting 101.

A typical day in our house, Spence smiling and pointing and Tanner making it known he is here.

His smoulder

We participated in the MBASA Family 5K.  Lowell and Tanner ran.  Spencer and I walked.

Tanner's first real fort.  Yes, he is wearing his Cars swimming suit - his request.

Fishing at the MBASA Halloween Party.

The witch, the runner, the spider, and Spiderman

Carving his first pumpkin

My handsome boys and the finished product.

Our ghost cake for FHE

Caught ya!

Spiderman and the Spider (the hat didn't fit Spencer's head....)

The little Trick or Treater.  This was his first time going around to houses.  He was sick (hello horrible cough and the nebulizer is our new best friend) so we only did a couple doors nearby.

With his friends Eli and Jonas (and their awesome mom Sarah)

My handsome boy!

Spencer discovered a great love for noodles.
Hope your October was as eventful as ours!

Looks like you are all having LOTS of fun down in Provo. Come see us if you ever head up this way again.
